Beijing Dnurse Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dnurse" or "we") place great emphasis on protecting the personal information and privacy of our users ("you"). We are well aware of the importance of personal information to you and will take corresponding security measures in accordance with legal requirements and industry standards to protect your personal information. We hope that through this "Privacy Agreement of DiRA" (hereinafter referred to as this "cc or this "Agreement" together with its updated versions), we can clearly introduce to users (also referred to as "you") how we handle your personal information when using our products/services, as well as the ways we provide for you to access, correct, delete, protect, and cancel these pieces of information.
The products/services we provide include the various services provided to you by DiRA (including new service forms discovered by future technological developments), which are subject to this Privacy Agreement.

Once you start using or continue to use our products and services after we update this Privacy Agreement (we will promptly notify you of the update), it is deemed that you agree to all the contents of this Privacy Agreement (including the updated version) and agree to our collection, use, storage, sharing, and processing of your related information in accordance with this Privacy Agreement.

When providing our services, we collect and use your personal information based on the principles of legitimacy, legality, transparency, and minimum necessity, for the purposes described in this Agreement.
To comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and to provide you with more personalized and convenient services, when you register to become a user of DiRA, you are required to provide an email address or Apple account to create an account.
During the process of providing account information, if you are willing to supplement the following personal information, it will help us to provide you with more personalized services: including your height, weight, duration of diagnosis, treatment methods, special circumstances, and type of diabetes, etc.
Some of the Personal Information requested from you is required in order for you to use our Services.If you do not wish to provide such Personal Information, you are not obligated to, but as a result, we may not be able to provide the particular Service to you. However, some of the Personal Information requested from you is optional. This means that you can elect not to provide it to us and you will stili be able to use the Service.
You can pay to become a premium member within the DiRA APP and you can choose to use the services provided by DiRA's third-party partners (such as Apple Pay) for payment. We need to collect your DiRA order information, reconciliation information, and other necessary information required by law, and share it with these partners to confirm your payment instructions and assist you in completing the payment.
When you contact our customer service, our system may record the communication between you and the customer service (including call recordings), as well as use your account information for identity verification; when you need us to provide customer service related to your order, we may query your relevant order information to give you appropriate help and processing; when you need customer service to assist you in modifying information (such as premium membership, contact information, etc.), you may also need to provide additional information beyond the aforementioned to complete the modification. To ensure the service experience and handle service disputes, you are aware and agree that during the order fulfillment process, when making or receiving customer service calls, the call information between you and the customer service may be recorded. The rules for the collection and use of the above information are as follows, or refer to the prompts on the order page.
1)With authorization, when you have a service dispute with DiRA, the platform can retrieve and use the recording information as a reference for resolving the dispute.
2)The platform will effectively protect the privacy and security of both parties in the call. Customer service call recordings will be uploaded and saved on DiRA's server, and no party can download, retrieve, or play the recording on their own; except under the following circumstances, DiRA will not provide the recording to anyone (including the caller and the called one): the state authorities legally retrieve it according to the prescribed procedures; the party recorded legally retrieves it with a legal document issued by the judicial authority.
When you use the products or services provided by our client, we automatically collect detailed usage information of our services, which is saved as network logs. For example, this includes your search query content, IP address, type of browser, access date and time, and records of the web pages you visit.
Please note that individual device information and log information are non-personal information that cannot be used to identify a specific natural person's identity. If we combine such non-personal information with other information to identify a specific natural person's identity, or if we use it in conjunction with personal information, then during the period of combined use, this non-personal information will be treated as personal information and processed with your authorization.
To ensure the security of your account, transactions, and system operations, to prevent fraud, computer viruses, cyber-attacks, and other security risks, and to meet the requirements of laws, regulations, and our agreement rules, with your authorization, we will obtain your device information during the use of our products/services. This includes the attributes and connection status of the device you use, such as device model, unique device identifiers (such as IMEI/androidID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID, SIM card IMSI information, etc.), device MAC address, software list, telecommunications operators, etc. To enhance the security of the services we provide to you and to more accurately prevent phishing website fraud and Trojan viruses, to better prevent malicious behaviors such as fraud and order brushing, we may use or integrate your personal information with our partners to comprehensively judge your account and transaction risks based on your usage habits and commonly used software information. This includes verifying identity, preventing, detecting, and investigating potential fraud, computer viruses, cyber-attacks, and other security risks, as well as violations of our or related parties' agreements, policies, or rules, to protect your legitimate rights and interests, those of other users, and ours or related parties. We may also record some URLs that we consider to be at risk.
To complete identity verification, ensure account security, confirm transaction status, and provide you with after-sales and dispute resolution services, with your authorization, we may obtain your personal information from third parties who are legally entitled to retain and provide your personal information. For example, we collect information related to your transactions and payment progress through the third-party information systems, payment institutions, and other entities directly involved in the transactions you choose, to facilitate the processing of your orders and ensure the smooth completion of services. We will, in accordance with legal requirements and agreements with third parties, obtain your relevant information from DiRA's affiliates and partners after your authorization, and use this information after confirming the legality of the information source and the scope of authorization.
To provide you with personalized services, you can opt to use the extended features we offer. We will collect and use the following types of information in accordance with legal provisions and based on your specific authorization. This information will be collected within the specific features and business scenarios you choose. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect your use of the basic functions of DiRA.
For the purpose of using the feedback and suggestions feature, we may request camera permissions. You can also choose to enable the system's camera/album permissions to upload photos for your feedback and suggestions. We will use the content you upload for archiving your opinions and feedback. You can turn off this feature in the system permissions. Once disabled, you may not be able to upload images to change your feedback and suggestions materials, but it will not affect your use of the basic functions of DiRA.
You can choose to enable the system's permissions for reading and sending messages for reminders about unmeasured health data. You can disable this feature in the system permissions. Once disabled, you may not be able to receive reminder notifications, but it will not affect your use of the basic functions of DiRA.
You can choose to enable the system's in-app installation permission settings. We will use the in-app installation permission for upgrading the DiRA APK by downloading the new updates within the app. You can disable this feature in the system permissions. Once disabled, you may not be able to install the new DiRA APK within the app, but it will not affect your use of the basic functions of DiRA.
To provide you with the functionality of health data recording and downloading and installing the new DiRA APK within the app, we need access to your device's storage permissions. If you refuse to grant storage permissions, it will result in you being unable to download and install the new DiRA APK within the app.
If we use the information for purposes not stated in this Privacy Agreement, or if we use information collected for specific purposes for other purposes, we will seek your separate authorization and consent.
Cookies are small text files that are sent to your computer when you visit a website. When you revisit the site, the cookies allow the site to recognize your browser. Cookies can also store user preferences and other information. You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies, or to prompt you before accepting a cookie. However, without cookies, some site features or services may not function properly.
Cookies and similar technologies are common and widely used in the Internet. When you use DiRA's related services, we may send one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device to collect and store information about your visit and use of DiRA. The information we collect through cookies and other technologies is considered non-personal information. However, if local laws consider Internet Protocol (IP) addresses or similar identifiers as personal information, we also treat these identifiers as personal information. We use cookies and similar technologies mainly to achieve the following functionalities or services:
We may set authentication and security-enhancing cookies or anonymous identifiers to confirm whether you have logged into the service securely, or if you have encountered any illegal activities such as theft or fraud. These technologies also help us improve service efficiency and enhance login and response speeds.
Using such technologies can help you avoid the need to repeatedly enter personal information or input search content, such as enabling one-click login processes and remembering search history.
We may use cookies and similar technologies to understand your preferences and usage habits, conduct consultations or data analysis to improve product services and user experience.
Like most websites, we collect certain information and save it in log files. This information may include Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exiting pages, operating system, date/time stamps, and/or clickstream data. We do not associate the automatically collected log data with any other information we collect.
In some mobile applications, we use mobile analytics software to better understand how our mobile software functions on your phone. This software may record information such as the frequency of your use of the application, events occurring within the application, cumulative usage, performance data, and the locations where the application crashes. We do not associate the information stored in the analytics software with any personal information you submit in the mobile application.
We use local storage objects (LSOs), such as HTML5 or Flash, to store content. Third parties who collaborate with us to provide certain features on the DiRA App, or to serve advertisements based on your browsing behavior, may also collect and store relevant information through HTML5 or Flash cookies. Various browsers offer their own management tools to delete HTML5 local storage objects.

Depending on the scope of your revocation of consent, it may result in your inability to continue enjoying the products or services of the DiRA App. However, your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect the validity of the personal information processing activities we have carried out based on your consent prior to the withdrawal.

DiRA will ensure that your information is not lost, misused, or tampered with by taking security measures such as backing up to other servers and encrypting user passwords. Although we have taken the above reasonable and effective measures and have complied with the standards required by relevant laws and regulations, please understand that due to technical limitations and potential malicious means, in the Internet industry, even with the utmost efforts to strengthen security measures, it is not always possible to guarantee 100% security of information. We will do our best to ensure the security of the personal information you provide to us. You acknowledge and understand that the systems and communication networks you use to access our services may encounter issues beyond our control. Therefore, to prevent security incidents, we have established proper early warning mechanisms and emergency plans in accordance with the law. If a security incident does occur, we will promptly inform you of the relevant situation through emails, phone calls, push notifications, or other means, and if it is difficult to notify each individual, we will take reasonable and effective ways to issue a public announcement. 5、What Can You Do?
You can protect your account information by not disclosing it to anyone (unless they have been officially authorized by you). Never disclose the verification code you receive to anyone (including individuals claiming to be DiRA App customer service). Whenever you log in to the DiRA App as a user, especially on someone else's computer, mobile phone, or public internet terminal, you should always log out when you are finished using it.
DiRA App is not responsible for security breaches caused by your failure to maintain the privacy of your personal information, leading to third parties accessing your personal information. Despite the above provisions, if any unauthorized use of your account by other internet users or any other security vulnerabilities occur, you should notify us immediately.
Your assistance will help us protect the privacy of your personal information.
United States. Children are not eligible to use the Services and we ask that people under the age of 13 do not submit any Personal Information to us. lf you are aware of anyone under 13 using the Services, please contact us at HelloDiRA@dnurse.cn and we will take the required steps to delete their Personal information and (or) delete their account.
European Economic Area, United Kingdom and California. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. lf you are aware of anyone younger than 16 using the Services, please contact us at HelloDiRA@dnurse.cn and we will take steps to delete their Personal information and (or) delete their account.

Please note that, where we determine that we can grant your request, we will do so as soon as possible, but it may take us more time in some cases, for example for full erasure of your Personal Data stored in our backup systems. There may be situations where we are notre quired to comply with your request and we will let you know if one of those situations arises.
Our lawful basis for processing your Personal Data is typically going to be your consent, but we also may process your Personal Data because of alegal obligation, performance of a contract with you, or because we have a legitimate interest in doing so.
We use intelligent algorithms that provide certain App functions, such as predictions of your cycle and ovulation day. The more Personal Data about your cycle, ovulation tests, and BBT that our intelligence algorithm can work with, the better predictions you get from the algorithm.

Shine the Light. lf you are a California resident who provides Personal Information in obtaining products or services for personal, family or household use, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 ('Shine the Light Law') permits you to request in writing and obtain from us, once per calendar year, data about the Personal Information we shared, if any, with other third parties for their own (marketing purposes To make such a reques contact us at HelloDiRA@dnurse.cn co'Shine the Light -Request for California Privacy Information' for the subject of your message. We will send you a reply email within 30 days containing the requested information once we confirm your request. In order to conduct our business smoothly and to provide you with the full functionality of our products or services, we may occasionally share your personal information with other affiliates of the DiRA.
To ensure the provision of the services described in the purpose of this Privacy Agreement, we may share necessary personal information with third-party service providers and business partners.
This includes our data centers, data storage facilities, customer service providers, advertising and marketing service providers, and other business partners. These third parties may process your personal information on behalf of the DiRA App or for one or more purposes of this Privacy Agreement. We guarantee that we will only share the personal information necessary to provide the services for proper, lawful, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes. The DiRA App will conduct due diligence and enter into contracts to ensure that third-party service providers comply with the applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction. Third-party service providers may also have their sub-processors.
To provide measurement of effectiveness, analysis, and other business services, we may also share information in an aggregated form with third parties (for example, with our advertisers) (non-personal information). We use the information we have to help advertisers and other partners evaluate the effectiveness and reach of their advertisements and services, and to understand the types of people who use their services and how people interact with their websites, apps, and services. We may also share general usage trends of our services with them, such as the number of customers in a specific group who purchase certain products or engage in certain transactions.

Should we determine that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our terms or to protect our operations, rights, assets, or products, or to protect users, or for achieving the following purposes (detecting, preventing, and resolving fraud, unauthorized use of products, violations of our terms or policies, or other harmful or illegal activities), we may also disclose information about you. (To avoid doubt, DiRA App will collect, use, or disclose your personal information without your consent only to the extent permitted and solely under the local data protection laws.) For instance, we use your information to fulfll our contractual obligations to you, to facilitate your orders and transactions, and to establish administer and manage your account.
We also use your Personal information, to provide you with specific features of the Services that you request. Similarly , when you Subscribe to a Membership and are eligible to obtain a Cycle Interpretation that is personalized to you, we and providers acting on our behalf will review your Health and Well Being Information and cycle tracking data to prepare a personalized report for you.
We also provide personalized data analysis and digital content for educational purposes.
Our lawful basis for processing your Personal Information for these purposes is the performance of our contract with you.
To Communicate With You. We may contact you via email, push notification or other means with critical user or service updates, with transactional messages, to inform you of technical issues or other information which is important to support the Services.
We may also contact you for purposes of customer engagement and support (including to receive feedback and comments from you about the Services and inquire about any features you would like to see in future versions).

For example, sensitive personal information includes identity document numbers, personal biometric information, bank account numbers, communication content, health and physiological information, user physical characteristics, data recorded and uploaded by the user, and user chat messages.
Non-Private Information: Refers to user operational behavior information that cannot be directly linked to a specific individual during the use of our products and services, other general information outside the scope of personal privacy information, and the aforementioned privacy information that the user has consented to disclose publicly.
IP Address: Each device connected to the internet is assigned a number known as an Internet Protocol (IP) address. These addresses are typically assigned based on geographic regions. IP addresses can generally be used to identify the location from which a device is connecting to the internet.
